The Empowering Team Performance programme is designed to provide the approaches and skills to enhance team collaboration, communication, and performance to drive team results and agility in dynamic working environments. The programme can be delivered for either consultants who work in teams or intact consultant teams.

  • Empowered teams – characteristics of high-performance teams
  • Behavioural styles – understanding behavioural styles (utilising a proprietary personality profiling instrument) and recognising other people’s behavioural styles
