Angela is a dynamic and experienced learning and development consultant. She specialises in designing and delivering consulting skills, performance improvement, and business development training across various market sectors in the UK and internationally.

Angela’s career began in finance at Deloitte, where she worked in both London and Australia, eventually leading the firm’s National Leadership and Development Programme. She later co-founded a business training consultancy before joining Elevation Learning, where she became CEO in 2019.

Angela is passionate about partnering with clients to tailor learning programmes that align with their business goals and participants’ development needs. Her blend of financial acumen, personal development expertise, and insatiable curiosity ensures every programme she delivers is engaging, practical, and impactful. She believes that successful individuals drive successful organisations and provides one-to-one coaching to assist consultants unlock their full potential.

Angela is a Chartered Accountant (FCA), Affiliate Member of the CIPD, Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Master Practitioner of Time Line Therapy™, Master Practitioner of Hypnosis, and Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner.

Principal Consultant

Philip is an accomplished management consultant with a wealth of practical experience from his work in both large firms and boutiques. He specialises in running programmes on project delivery skills, working with consultants from a wide range of industries. He also undertakes advisory work to enhance the operating practices of consulting firms.

Philip is an engineer by training and his early consulting experience was with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he became a partner responsible for one of their business lines. He then founded his own consultancy in supply-chain management. It was at PwC that he honed his training capabilities, which he further developed at Elevation Learning. He has also lectured at Bayes Business School, sharing his knowledge and experience with the next generation of UK and international consultants.

Philip is passionate about helping technical professionals transition into effective consultants, ensuring they deliver engagement excellence. He draws on his personal experience of more than 80 projects to help consultants build trusted relationships with clients and deliver value-added projects.

Philip is a Fellow of the Institute of Consulting and Certified Management Consultant.

Clint is an insightful business consultant who works with business leaders and those aspiring to leadership roles. He is a qualified executive coach, experienced mentor, group facilitator, and management educator. He supports individuals, teams, and businesses define and implement solutions to strategic, operational, and development challenges.

Clint is a former CEO and COO at international professional services firms and has held senior and board-level roles at BDO, Clifford Chance, and Henley Business School. He started his career at Unilever, before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte, where he transitioned into management consulting, specialising in strategy and business transformation.

Clint is passionate about leveraging his extensive experience in designing and delivering programmes to enhance the performance of individuals and teams. His Director roles in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Strategy, Human Resources, and Learning & Development enable him to bring a multifaceted approach to guiding consultants to reach their full potential.

Clint is a Chartered Accountant (FCA), graduate of the Meyler Campbell Business Coach (now Mastered) Programme, holds the Henley Business School Professional Certificate in Coaching, and has accreditations in various psychometric and development tools.

Robert is an experienced and skilled management consultant. He specialises in designing and delivering programmes on all aspects of consulting skills and trust-based selling, with a strong emphasis on linking theory to practice and solving real-life challenges.

Robert’s early consulting experience was with International Survey Research Inc. of Chicago, where he focused on organisational research and development. As a senior consultant with MMD in Paris, and later as MD of Metaction, he gained extensive experience in strategy formulation and implementation. He is currently Managing Partner of a company that assesses geopolitical business risks.

Robert is passionate about encouraging consultants to elevate their quality of thinking, develop agile solutions fit for today’s dynamic business landscape, and enhance their clients’ competitiveness. His focus of interest is the management of consulting projects in an international context.

Robert holds an MA in Law from Utrecht University in Holland and MBA from INSEAD in France. He is Dutch and lives in France. He is also a Professor of Geopolitics, Sociology, Economics, Marketing, and International Business at several business schools in France, and works with start-up companies.

Heather is a motivational and inspiring trainer, coach, and public speaker. She has developed and facilitated training across a broad spectrum of leadership development, personal impact, stress resilience, and interpersonal skills utilising several personality profiling models. Her specialist area is presentation skills and she has helped thousands of people increase their confidence, enhance their impact, and overcome their fears. She has worked with clients in a wide range of industry sectors in the UK and internationally.

Heather’s professional background includes a senior management role in learning and development at Deloitte, where she developed her expertise in talent and leadership development.

Heather is passionate about helping people develop their personal impact and interpersonal skills. She enjoys working with highly skilled technical professionals seeking to develop their interpersonal abilities. She excels at supporting individuals and teams in becoming more confident, credible, and impactful in their interactions and presentations.

Heather is an accredited MBTI Practitioner, Belbin Team Roles Consultant, Strengths Deployment Inventory Consultant, NLP Master Practitioner, and Emotions & Behaviours at Work Practitioner (Emotional Intelligence).

Sophia’s career has spanned a diverse range of L&D and consulting roles. In recent years, her focus has been on driving transformative initiatives and leading culture change programmes for both organisations and individual leaders.

Sophia is passionate about cultivating inclusive, psychologically safe work environments. She leverages her experience of leading diverse teams to ensure her work is both relatable and practical. She is committed to empowering individuals, teams, leaders, and organisations to flourish, and her advocacy for Mental Health and Wellbeing is both inspiring and infectious.

Sophia is an accredited Mental Health First Aider Instructor, Talogy Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace Practitioner, Insights Discovery Client Practitioner, and Executive Coach. She also has a Master’s in Strategic Human Resources and Degree in Psychology.

Julie is a highly experienced and engaging facilitator, coach, and mentor. She specialises in leadership and personal development, delivering a wide range of programmes, including team collaboration, change management, power coaching, presentation skills, and DiSC. She also coaches and mentors both groups and individuals at all levels within organisations.

Julie’s background is in IT, where she led a global customer support team to consistently deliver exceptional customer service. She later transitioned into talent development and training delivery, leveraging her leadership expertise to help others grow.

Julie is passionate about supporting consultants unlock their potential and empowering them to exceed both personal and professional goals. She focuses on helping them become happier, more confident, and successful versions of themselves. Her deep interest in human behaviour and natural approach create the ideal environment for open, honest dialogue and genuine self-assessment.

John is an exceptional financial trainer and business consultant. He specialises in designing and delivering a wide range of business programmes focused on strategic financial planning, business modelling, and investment appraisal/analysis. He also creates and supports business models for clients as part of their overall strategy development.

John’s professional background is in finance. He began his career at Deloitte before progressing to the role of financial controller at a US bank. He later joined a training consultancy, where he expanded his expertise in financial training and consulting.

John is passionate about enhancing the business acumen of consultants, helping them transition into  effective leaders. He understands that a strong grasp of financial principles is crucial for driving informed decision-making and long-term business success. He equips professionals with the strategic thinking and financial expertise to translate financial insights into actionable, value-driven strategies.

John is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) and member of several Institute of Chartered Accountants Technical Committees. He is also an accomplished author, and has written the Economist Guide to Business Modelling, Economist Guide to Financial Management, and Economist Guide to Cash Management.

Andrew is an exceptionally gifted and experienced public speaker, and private advisor and facilitator for CEOs and Executive Teams. He specialises in top team performance, leadership mindset, talent empowerment, and culture realignment in service of human-centred business transformation.

Andrew began his career with Hay Group, where he specialised in competency modelling and assessment. He later refocused his work on leadership development and culture transformation. He founded a business specialising in high-growth startups, which he transformed into a deep-tech incubator. Following this, he led Korn Ferry’s Transformational Leadership Practice before joining PwC, where he established and led their Assessment, Leadership & Upskilling practice.

Andrew is passionate about the human-centred transformation of organisations. He is currently researching the future of organisations, developing, and implementing robust approaches within organisations to guide their business transformation journeys, and co-authoring a book on the topic.

Andrew has a Master’s in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, is a trained process facilitator with certificates in Top Team Facilitation from Korn Ferry and Advanced Design Thinking from IDEO, and has accreditations in various psychometric and developmental tools and methodologies.

Diane is an award-winning learning consultant with extensive experience in transforming organisations through innovative development strategies. Her expertise encompasses leadership development, driving organisational impact, and fostering a culture of continuous learning through carefully crafted ‘learning journeys.’

Diane began her career as a management consultant, specialising in process improvement and change management. During this time, she honed her ability to maximise both personal and organisational potential. As the Head of People Development at Newton Europe, she led a major overhaul of the company’s learning approach, implementing interactive, results-driven programmes that earned industry recognition.

Diane is passionate about advancing personal and organisational growth through targeted, strategic learning initiatives. She partners with clients to build collaborative learning cultures designed to embed learning by creating development paths that guide consultants through a series of complementary learning activities and experiences. These ‘learning journeys’ are structured into practical and relevant roadmaps that unfold over time, ensuring lasting impact.

Diane has an MBA from Warwick Business School, a Degree in Psychology, and accreditations in various psychometric and assessment tools and methodologies.
