We engaged Elevation Learning to support our transition towards a relationship-based organisation, getting to know and understand the needs, requirements, and aspirations of our clients. Through four annual rounds of structured training, each tailored to highlight specific aspects and integrate with our internal process, we have successfully developed three cohorts. These cohorts now possess enhanced confidence and the ability to effectively engage with clients, ask the right questions, and make a positive contribution to our bidding process.
