Much of our advisory work focuses on designing learning journeys for consultants within consulting teams and organisations. Continuous improvement is the foundation competence for excellent consultants. We support our clients develop effective and motivational learning journeys that guide consultants through a series of complementary and engaging learning activities and experiences. Navigating the path enables consultants to acquire and master new skills and behaviours. 

We chose to engage an experienced and specialised consultant at a point where we had been growing significantly as a business and wanted to revamp our entire career development infrastructure to ensure that it supported transparent decision making, individual career aspirations, and overall business growth. They engaged across our business to understand the needs of our various teams and partnered with us to develop and launch our BUILD Career Development Programme which is the cornerstone of how we attract, retain, and develop talent. The BUILD Career Development programme tied together all our existing training and processes to create a comprehensive and holistic career development programme which supports our team through each step of their career journey.
