We subscribe to non-directive coaching practices, and our coaches are both qualified to Level 7 or beyond and accredited with one of the leading coaching federations.
Our mentors come from varying walks of life and will typically have experience working at Board level within organisations and as independent consultants or advisors. They utilise a variety of mentoring techniques and draw upon their experience to provide value to mentees.
We offer coaching and mentoring both as an integral component of our in-company programmes and as a self-standing service. Whichever form it takes, our coaching and mentoring fosters deep and transformational relationships, working in parallel on behaviour, mindsets, and values.
Every coaching or mentoring arrangement is customised to the specific needs of the coachee or mentee, often focusing on specific development goals outlined in a personal development plan or aligned with the objectives of a training programme.
I had never considered coaching before. I’ve always been interested in growing professionally and personally but never connected the dots to coaching. My coach was brilliant in guiding my own thoughts to realise that I actually had the answers already to the things I was nervous about professionally, I just needed some “coaching” to help me through my thought processes. I have since changed roles and have been able to use all the things I learned with them. It filled me with so much confidence going into my new role, and I know I will continue to use the skills for many new challenges to come!
