For individual consultants or small teams, we have developed open programmes that are accessible to those for whom an in-company programme is impractical. Our programmes are delivered in partnership with Bayes Business School and run multiple times a year both in-person and online.

The Developing Your Core Consulting Skills (DYCCS) programme covers the core competencies defined in the Chartered Management Consultant (ChMC) Competency Framework and follows our CONSULT delivery process, a five-stage model for consulting project delivery: Entry, Contracting, Diagnosis, Intervention, and Closure. The DYCCS programme is for professional and subject matter specialists who want to assist clients analyse business problems, identify solutions, and achieve results. It is designed for both external consultants and internal business partners.

We deliver the DYCCS programme in partnership with Bayes Business School both in-person and online. The in-person programme is delivered at the Bayes Executive Education campus at 33 Finsbury Square, London EC2A 1AG.

Want to take a professional qualification?

Attending the DYCCS programme is a pathway for enrolment on the Level 5 CMI Award and Certificate in Management Consulting Practice.  The cost for completing the qualifications are:

  • Award in Management Consulting Practice
    £500 + VAT
  • Award and Certificate in Management Consulting Practice
    £900 + VAT

Confident Consultative Selling Skills

The Confident Consultative Selling Skills (CCSS) programme covers the relevant competencies defined in the Chartered Management Consultant (ChMC) Competency Framework and follows our CONSULT selling process, a four-stage model for selling consulting services: Promotion, Prospection, Proposition, and Proposal.  The CCSS programme:
