Our Solution

We engaged with leaders and analysed the results of an Employee Critical Capability Gap survey.

We identified two key development areas:

Learning journey

Collaborating closely with the client team, we designed a comprehensive learning journey based on a series of Playbooks. These Playbooks utilised diverse learning formats to heighten engagement and sustain learning, including:

  • Formal training – tutor-led workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules
  • On-the-job learning – job shadowing, project-based learning, and role-specific tasks
  • Coaching and mentorship – pairing participants with mentors or coaches to provide guidance and feedback
  • Peer learning – collaboration and knowledge sharing through group activities, forums, and  peer coaching

The Playbooks enabled self-managed learning, allowing consultants to progress at their own pace and focus on areas most relevant to their roles.
