Cynthia Pexton-Shaw

Cynthia is an experienced management consultant and learning professional, who has worked extensively as an organisation development and change management consultant.

From an initial career as a geologist for a major oil company, and she moved into management consultancy with PricewaterhouseCoopers where she managed and helped to deliver the core consulting skills training programme in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Cynthia has been a Principal Consultant with Elevation Learning since 2003, where she designs and delivers training and development interventions and programmes for a wide range of organisations to improve the capabilities of their professional staff.

Cynthia has an MBA from London Business School, is a Certified Management Consultant and is a Fellow of the Institute of Consulting.
